LEGACY TABLE

The Legacy Table at The Cedars is the place where we discuss "the big stuff."

Says author E.A. Bucchianeri, "There are times when wisdom cannot be found in the chambers of parliament or the halls of academia, but at the unpretentious setting of the dinner table."

We gather around the Legacy Table to connect and share, learn and create, challenge and reflect.

The Legacy Table is the heart of The Cedars, in the Natrium space that looks out over the grounds. Crafted from Heritage Maple, it's designed to evoke both a spout of water and a tree.

We offer unique, in-depth 7-Generation GTB learning workshops and engaging dinner/lunch events. They tend to be a mix of a Jeffersonian Dinner structure, a Warm Data experience, and a Metaperspective approach.

A discussion around the Legacy Table at The Cedars opened the 7-Generation Bioregional Earth Summit. The discussion features Legacy Project Founder Susan Bosak and Executive Director Brian Puppa with co-founders of the Design School for Regenerating Earth Joe Brewer and Penny Heiple. It touches on everything from where the world finds itself in this uncertain moment in history to the ways we make meaning in our lives – and how it's all connected.

If you can't visit the Legacy Table at The Cedars in person, check out our "virtual table" with events. And get inspiring insights from our Table Talk blog.
