The easiest way to enter the Listen to a Life Contest is using the online entry form.
If you wish to fax or mail your Listen to a Life Contest entry, please note that we cannot acknowledge receipt of faxed or mailed entries. Also, DO NOT submit entries in multiple ways (e.g. via the online entry form and also by mail or fax).
Entries will not be returned, so do not include original photographs or materials. You will be judged solely on your story.
A faxed or mailed entry must be TYPEWRITTEN and RECEIVED by March 29, 2010. The entry must include the total number of words in the story (must be 300 words or less), entrant's first and last name and age, co-entrant's first and last name and age, relationship of entrants (i.e. grandchild/grandparent or young friend/grandfriend), entrant's telephone number (with area code), complete mailing address, and a valid e-mail address (if available).
If you are a teacher submitting a group of stories from students, please include a cover sheet with your name and e-mail address along with the school name, mailing address, and phone number. You can be the contact person for the entire group, but each entry should still include the entrant's name and age, the co-entrant's name and age, their relationship, and the total number of words in the story (must be 300 words or less).
