LOOK BACK, LOOK FORWARD

What have
you achieved? What would you like to achieve next?

It's important to look back at where you've been and what you've achieved, and then build on that as you're moving forward to new goals and adventures in your life.

In Dream, each stage of life is associated with a different color. What color of life (i.e. stage of life) are you in? What's behind you (e.g. being a baby, a toddler)? What did you learn in those past stages of life (e.g. how to crawl, walk, talk)? What stages of life are in front of you? What do you think you'll learn?

As an end-of-school-year activity, make two lists on a blank sheet of paper -- "What I've Achieved" (looking back on the school year) and "What I Want to Achieve" (looking forward to the summer and following school year)

For "What I've Achieved," you might include:
My favorite project was...
It was funny when...
I improved most in...
I loved reading...
I will always remember...
Goals I accomplished this year were...

For "What I Want to Achieve," you might include:
This summer I want to...
Books I'd like to read...
I want to improve in...
I'd like to learn how to...
I'm looking forward to....
My dreams are...
