GROW WITH US

Legacy Project Membership

Create your life, connect with others, and change the world with the Legacy Project.

In her often-quoted call to action, anthropologist Margaret Mead reminds us to "never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

By joining the Legacy Project, your "me" becomes a bigger "we." The Legacy Project is the only international, multigenerational learning project that multiplies who you are across time and space. It's big-picture stuff, using the multilayered concept of LegacyCubed as a life tool and catalyst for social change.

Drawing on research in the natural and social sciences, the Legacy Project enhances the education children and teens receive in school, and offers lifelong learning opportunities for all ages. Education is the means through which we fulfill our greatest potential and leave a meaningful legacy for generations to come. New approaches to lifelong learning that look at the bigger picture will foster more real solutions, inventions, discoveries – and more hope.

The Legacy Project is all about legacy to the power of three. So, there are three ways you can support the Legacy Project:

1. Use Your Buying Power

We vote with our dollars every day. We tell stores and manufacturers what we value every time we purchase a product or service.

The most basic way you can support the Legacy Project is by purchasing our books and other resources, either in bookstores or using our online catalog. For example, Dream and A Little Something are meaningful gift books for family and friends; you can also purchase copies to donate to your local school or a community group (e.g. Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, Camp Fire).

Proceeds from book sales go toward making all of the Legacy Project's programs and free online resources possible.

2. Become a Member

Legacy Project membership is $95 for the first year, and $10 a year after that.

New members receive a complimentary autographed copy of our award-winning bestseller Dream.

By becoming a member of the Legacy Project, you directly support our educational work and the expanded Legacy Center. Members can visit the Legacy Center without charge (workshop fees still apply).

You'll periodically receive special offers and advance discounts on new books and resources, and you'll have "front of the line" privileges for workshops at the Legacy Center and in cities across the country.

You also get a free Life Statement, which can be added to over time. While we certainly appreciate your monetary support, we also value your life wisdom. By creating, recording, and sharing your Life Statement, not only do you make a difference through this online learning community, but you also create a meaningful blueprint for living for yourself.

3. Become a Partner or Sponsor

The Legacy Project is currently fundraising to complete development of the Legacy Center and expand our programs.

There is a need for more meaningful and rich lifelong learning opportunities for all ages. This will not only ensure individuals remain connected to an ever-expanding world, but also that real change becomes more possible.

The Legacy Center will reach millions of children, teens, adults, and elders offering an opportunity to develop individual potential, intergenerational connections, and environmental change. The expanded building will inspire and educate, providing a unique environment for the sharing of ideas and information.

For those individuals and organizations considering partnership opportunities or a social investment, we would be pleased to provide more information about the Legacy Project. You can put your money to work in a proven education project with international reach, receive a secured financial return, and create a meaningful and lasting personal legacy while helping others create theirs.

These are the ways you can support the Legacy Project. Education opens minds and opportunities. It's one of the most important, most fundamental things we can do to benefit individuals and our world. We invite you to become a part of this online community – a "group of thoughtful, committed citizens [who] can change the world." Create, connect, change with the Legacy Project at www.legacyproject.org.
